Compassionate Inquiry is an approach that focuses on exploring experiences stored in the body. These experiences come to the surface when specific issues are explored by paying attention to physical and emotional sensations.
Please formulate what you would like to explore during the session in advance.
I work with Zoom, and you will receive a link beforehand that you can click on. For this, you do not need to have a Zoom account yourself.
The session takes about an hour. It works best if you use a slightly larger screen than that of your phone, so we can see each other better. A PC, laptop or iPad works best, but if not available, a smartphone will also do the trick.
I advise you to to be seated in a place of peace and privacy at the time of the appointment.
